Getting There

  • Car

    From Arecibo Observatory, head southeast on PR-2 towards Arecibo. Take the exit onto PR-10. Continue on PR-10 for about 18 km. You will see signs for Cueva Ventana; the cave entrance is located at PR-10 Km. 75. There is a parking area available at the site. Be aware that there might be a small fee for parking.

  • Public Transportation

    From Arecibo Observatory, you can take a public bus or a taxi to Arecibo town. Once in Arecibo, look for the bus that heads towards Utuado or the PR-10 route. Ask the driver to drop you off at Cueva Ventana, which is approximately 18 km from Arecibo town. Note that public transportation may not run frequently, so check the schedule in advance. There may also be a small fare for the bus.
