From Arecibo Observatory, head southeast on PR-625. Continue for about 3 miles until you reach PR-2. Turn left onto PR-2 and drive for approximately 4 miles. Take the exit toward PR-129 and merge onto PR-129. Continue straight for about 2 miles until you reach 129, Arecibo, 00612. Look for signs indicating the nature preserve as you approach your destination.
