    Getting There

    Public Bus

    From the center of Arecibo, head to the nearest bus stop located at Plaza de Colón. Look for the Guaguas (public buses) that have routes to Quebradillas or Isabela. Board the bus and inform the driver that you are heading to Guajataca Lake. The bus will take you along Route 2, and you will need to get off at the stop near the entrance to Guajataca Lake. From there, it is a short walk to the lake.

    Taxi

    If you prefer a quicker option, you can find a taxi at a designated taxi stand in Plaza de Colón. Tell the driver you want to go to Guajataca Lake. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to confirm the fare before starting your journey.

    Walking

    If you are feeling adventurous and want to enjoy the scenery, you can walk to Guajataca Lake from Arecibo. Start at Plaza de Colón and head north on Calle de la Cruz.
