To reach the Teodoro Moscoso Bridge from central Bayamón, you can take the public bus route 4. Head to the nearest bus stop on Avenida Aguas Buenas, which is near the Plaza del Mercado. Board the bus heading towards San Juan. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the stop at PR-17. Once you exit the bus, walk towards the bridge which will be directly ahead of you. You will see the large structure of the bridge spanning over the water.

If you are near the Bayamón Plaza, you can walk to the Teodoro Moscoso Bridge. Start by heading east on Calle La Cruz until you reach Avenida Aguas Buenas. Turn left onto Avenida Aguas Buenas and continue straight for about 15 minutes. You will then encounter PR-17. Cross the road carefully, and the bridge will be visible in front of you. The walk will take around 30 minutes in total.
