If you are driving from San Juan, take Route 52 South towards Ponce. After approximately 45 minutes, exit onto Route 10 towards Jayuya. Continue on Route 10 until you reach the town of Jayuya. From Jayuya, take Route 143 which will lead you towards Cerro de Punta. Follow the signs to Cerro de Punta, and you will arrive at the highest peak in Puerto Rico.
