Getting There

• Bus

  From Cabo Rojo, head to the local bus terminal located near the town square (Plaza de Cabo Rojo). Look for the bus that heads towards Isabela; the bus should have a sign indicating its destination. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Isabela, ask the bus driver to drop you off at the closest stop to Playa Jobos. The beach is a short walk from the stop, approximately 10 minutes. Follow the signs pointing towards the beach, and you will reach Playa Jobos.

• Bicycle

  Rent a bicycle from a local shop in Cabo Rojo. Start by heading northwest on Route 100, following the signs towards Isabela. The ride is around 10 miles and will take about an hour depending on your speed. Once you reach Isabela, look for signs directing you to Playa Jobos. You will need to take a right onto Road 4466, which will lead you directly to the beach. There are bike racks available at the beach for parking.

• Walking

  If you are up for a long walk, you can head northwest from Cabo Rojo towards Isabela. Start from Plaza de Cabo Rojo and follow Route 100 for about 10 miles. This will take approximately 2-3 hours. Once you reach Isabela, look for signs that direct you to Playa Jobos. As you get closer, the beach should be visible, and you will just need to walk down the access path to reach the shoreline.

• Taxi

  You can easily take a taxi from Cabo Rojo to Playa Jobos. Simply call a local taxi service or flag one down near the main square. Inform the driver that you want to go to Playa Jobos in Isabela. The ride will take about 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic. The driver will drop you off right at the beach entrance.
