From the center of Cabo Rojo, head to the main road (PR-100). Look for a public bus labeled 'Aguadilla' or 'Isabela' that comes every 30 minutes. Board the bus and inform the driver that you want to go to Shacks Beach. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes. The bus will drop you off at the nearest stop to Shacks Beach. From there, walk about 10 minutes down the road towards PR-446, and you will see signs leading to Shacks Beach.
