Walking
If you are starting from the center of Cabo Rojo, head towards the main road, Route 100. Walk towards the west until you reach the intersection with Route 2. This should take about 20-30 minutes. Once you reach Route 2, look for a bus stop or a shared taxi (carrito) that is heading towards Aguadilla. Get on the bus or shared taxi and tell the driver you are going to Aguadilla, specifically Survival Beach. Once you arrive in Aguadilla, you will need to get off at the nearest stop to the beach area, which is typically near the Aguadilla Mall. From there, ask locals for directions to Cliff Road; it should be a short walk of about 10-15 minutes. As you walk, keep an eye out for signs pointing towards the beach.

From the center of Cabo Rojo, locate the bus station where public transportation departs. Take a bus heading towards Aguadilla. This ride will take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Aguadilla, get off at the Aguadilla Mall stop. From there, walk towards Cliff Road, which is located a bit north of the mall. You can ask locals for the quickest route to Survival Beach, which is a popular destination, and they will guide you.

Look for a shared taxi, known locally as a carrito, at designated taxi stands or near busy areas in Cabo Rojo. Tell the driver you want to go to Aguadilla and mention Survival Beach. The ride will take around 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Aguadilla, ask the driver to drop you off near Cliff Road. From there, it is a short walk to the beach.
