Walking
Start from the central area of Cabo Rojo, near Plaza de Recreo. Head southwest along Calle José de Diego towards the Calle de la Playa. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with PR-100. Cross the street safely and continue along PR-100 heading towards Lajas. Follow the sidewalk as it curves and eventually leads you to the Bosque Estatal de Boquerón. Keep an eye out for signs pointing towards the nature preserve.

From Cabo Rojo, locate the nearest bus stop that services routes towards Lajas. Board a bus heading towards Lajas and inform the driver of your destination (Bosque Estatal de Boquerón).
