Getting There

• Walking

  From the center of Cabo Rojo, head southwest along Route 100. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Route 101. This walk is approximately 1.5 kilometers and should take about 20-25 minutes. Upon reaching Route 101, turn left and continue walking for another 1.5 kilometers. You will see signs for Faro Los Morrillos along the way. Keep walking until you reach the entrance of the lighthouse area.

• Bicycle

  If you have access to a bicycle, start from the central plaza in Cabo Rojo and cycle southwest on Route 100. After about 1.5 kilometers, turn left onto Route 101 and continue cycling for another 1.5 kilometers. Look for signage directing you to Faro Los Morrillos. The total cycling distance is around 3 kilometers, which should take approximately 15-20 minutes at a leisurely pace.

• Public Transportation

  While there is limited public transportation directly to Faro Los Morrillos, you could take a local guagua (van) or taxi from the main plaza in Cabo Rojo to the nearest point on Route 101. Request to be dropped off near the intersection with Route 100. From there, it's a short walk to the lighthouse area, approximately 1 kilometer, which will take about 10-15 minutes on foot.
