Walking
From the central plaza of Caguas (Plaza de Caguas), head north towards Calle José de Diego. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle Muñoz Rivera. Turn left and proceed until you reach Avenida José de Diego. Take a right onto Avenida José de Diego and walk until you reach the bus terminal on your left side. From the bus terminal, take the public bus route to San Juan (look for routes that say 'San Juan'). The bus ride will take about 30-45 minutes, depending on traffic.

After arriving at the bus terminal in San Juan, exit the bus and walk towards the main street (Avenida Ponce de León). From there, head southeast on Avenida Ponce de León until you reach the intersection with Calle del Cristo. Turn left onto Calle del Cristo, and you will find Capilla del Santo Cristo de la Salud at number 1 on your right side. The total walking distance from the bus stop is approximately 10 minutes.
