If you are starting from Caguas Central Plaza, head east on Calle Degetau towards Calle Betances. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle Betances. Turn right onto Calle Betances and walk for about two blocks. Plaza Pública Santiago R. Palmer will be on your left side, just past the intersection with Calle Caguas.

Starting from the Caguas Train Station, exit the station and head south on Calle Muñoz Rivera. After about 5 minutes, take a left onto Calle Betances. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes, and you will see Plaza Pública Santiago R. Palmer on your right, right before you reach the intersection with Calle Caguas.
