From the main entrance of Camuy River Cave Park, head south on PR-129 towards the town of Camuy. Continue straight for about 2 miles until you reach PR-2. Turn right onto PR-2 and drive for approximately 4 miles. El Saltillo (El Salto del Novillo) will be located on the left side of the road. Look for the marker at coordinates 18°19'40.1N 66°55'07.4W. There is parking available near the site.

To reach El Saltillo using public transportation, first take a local bus or taxi from Camuy River Cave Park to the nearest bus terminal in Camuy. From there, you can catch a bus heading towards Vega Alta. Make sure to ask the driver to drop you off near PR-2. Once you arrive at PR-2, it is about a 15-minute walk to El Saltillo, which is located at coordinates 18°19'40.1N 66°55'07.4W. Be cautious as you navigate the roadside.
