From Caribbean National Forest, take Route 191 towards Route 3. Merge onto Route 3 and follow the signs towards San Juan. After approximately 30 minutes, take the exit toward Avenida Ponce de León. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida Universidad. Turn left onto Avenida Universidad. The Jardín Botánico de la UPR will be on your right at 9WQV+RHJ, San Juan, 00926. Parking is available on-site.

From Caribbean National Forest, you can take a local bus (such as the 11 or 40) towards San Juan. Make sure to ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to Universidad de Puerto Rico. From there, you can walk approximately 15 minutes to Jardín Botánico de la UPR. Head towards Avenida Universidad, and you will find the botanical garden at 9WQV+RHJ, San Juan, 00926. Keep in mind that bus fares typically cost around $0.75 to $1.00.
