To reach Bosque Estatal del Nuevo Milenio by car from any location in the San Juan Metropolitan Area, start by navigating to the main highway, PR-18 (Expreso Las Américas). Follow the signs for PR-26 (Expreso de Diego). Continue on PR-26 until you reach the exit for PR-1 (Ave. Ponce de León). Merge onto PR-1 and then turn left onto Calle 1. Follow Calle 1, which will lead directly to Bosque Estatal del Nuevo Milenio. The GPS coordinates for the park are 18.3824141, -66.0388913. Keep in mind that parking may be limited, so plan accordingly.

If you prefer public transportation, start by taking the public bus (Guagua) from your location in San Juan. Head to the nearest bus stop and take the bus route that goes toward Santurce or Río Piedras, which are common hubs. From there, transfer to bus route 6 or 8 that heads towards 'Bayamón' or 'Caguas.' You will need to get off at a stop near PR-1. From there, it's about a 15-20 minute walk to Bosque Estatal del Nuevo Milenio. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as service may vary, and bring some change for the fare (around $0.75 to $1.50).
