If you are traveling by car, start from the main town of Culebra, Dewey. Head east on PR-251 until you reach the intersection with PR-250. Turn left onto PR-250 and continue for about 4 miles. You'll pass through some beautiful landscapes. Keep an eye out for signs directing you towards Flamenco Beach, as Playa Resaca is located near there. Once you reach Flamenco Beach, you can find a parking lot where you can leave your vehicle. Please note that parking may incur a small fee, usually around $5 for the day.
