Car
If you're driving to Río Culebra, start from the main town of Dewey, which is the central hub of Culebra Island. Head south on PR-251, then turn left onto PR-250. Continue on PR-250 until you reach the intersection with PR-251 again. Follow PR-251 south until you see signs for Río Culebra. The river is accessible from the road, and you can park nearby. Please note that parking may be limited, so arrive early to secure a spot.
Public Transportation (Taxi or Shared Van)
From Dewey, you can take a taxi or a shared van, which are common forms of public transportation on the island. Ask the driver to take you to Río Culebra.
