Ferry
Begin your journey from Culebra by taking a ferry from the main dock in Culebra, located near the center of town. Look for ferries heading to Fajardo, which is the closest mainland port. The ferry ride will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at the Fajardo dock, you will need to find public transportation options to Río Grande.
Public Bus
From Fajardo, you can catch a public bus (the 'Guagua') that travels towards Río Grande. The bus stop is usually located just outside the ferry terminal. Make sure to ask the driver to let you know when you reach Río Grande, as there are multiple stops. The bus ride will take about 30-45 minutes.
Walking
Once you arrive in Río Grande, disembark at the main bus stop. From there, you will need to walk to La Coca Falls. Head west on PR-191 for about 1.5 miles. Look for signs indicating the trailhead to La Coca Falls; it should be a short walk from the road to the falls. Ensure you have comfortable shoes for the terrain.
