Walking
From the main ferry terminal in Culebra, head south towards the main road (Avenida Francisco M. Pino). Continue walking straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 251. At this intersection, turn left onto Route 251 and follow the road for approximately 0.7 miles. You will come to a fork in the road; keep right to continue on Route 251. After about 0.4 miles, you will see signs directing you towards the ferry dock for Culebra. Follow these signs until you reach the dock area. From there, you can look for local boat tours that will take you to the Pirate Snorkeling Shack located at Reserva Natural Cabezas de San Juan.

After arriving at the ferry terminal in Culebra, look for boat tours or water taxis that offer services to the Pirate Snorkeling Shack. These boats usually leave from the dock area near the ferry terminal. Ask the locals or check for posted schedules for boat departures. The ride will take around 15-20 minutes, and you will be dropped off at the nearby beach area to the shack.
