From the main ferry terminal in Culebra, exit the terminal and head towards the main road, Route 251. Walk along Route 251 for about 1.5 miles until you reach a fork in the road. At the fork, keep left and continue following Route 251. After approximately another mile, you will see a sign for Playa Manzanilla. Follow the path to the beach, which will be about a 15-minute walk from the fork.

If you have access to a bike rental in Culebra, start at the main ferry terminal. Head west on Route 251, cycling along the road which is relatively flat. After about 2.5 miles, you'll arrive at the fork. Take the left path at the fork and continue for another mile until you see the sign for Playa Manzanilla. The biking trail is scenic, and you will enjoy views of the surrounding landscape.

For those feeling adventurous, you can hike to Playa Manzanilla from the main ferry terminal. Start by heading towards Route 251. Follow the road for about 1.5 miles until you reach a fork. The last stretch may require some careful navigation, but the picturesque views make it worthwhile.
