Getting There

• Walking

  From the main ferry terminal in Culebra (Culebra Ferry Terminal), head south on Calle Pedro Marquez. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Route 250. Turn left onto Route 250 and follow it for about 1.5 miles. You will pass local homes and some shops along the way. Keep an eye out for signs indicating Playa Punta Soldado. As you approach the beach, take a right onto a dirt path that leads directly to the beach parking area, which is often filled with locals. This path is well-trodden and easy to navigate.

• Bicycle

  Start from the Culebra Ferry Terminal and rent a bike from a local rental shop nearby. Head south on Calle Pedro Marquez, then make a left onto Route 250. Follow Route 250 for about 1.5 miles, enjoying the scenic views along the way. Once you reach the fork where you see signs for Playa Punta Soldado, take the right onto the dirt path leading to the beach. This area is not heavily trafficked, so you can enjoy a peaceful ride.

  If you prefer a golf cart, you can rent one from a rental service in Culebra. Start from the main ferry terminal and head south on Calle Pedro Marquez. Turn left onto Route 250 and drive for about 1.5 miles. Look for the signs indicating Playa Punta Soldado, and take the right onto the dirt path that leads to the beach.
