Walking
If you are in the main town area of Culebra, start at the ferry terminal located at 8C7F+M4R, Culebra. From the ferry terminal, head southeast on Calle Pedro Marquez. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle Jorge. Turn left onto Calle Jorge, and then take a right onto Calle Francisco. Keep walking straight until you reach the main road (PR-251). Cross the road carefully and look for a trail leading to the beach area at Flamenco Beach. Follow the beach path towards the southeast. After approximately 1.5 kilometers, you will arrive at the entrance of Reserva Natural Canal Luis Peña.

Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops near the ferry terminal in Culebra. Once you have your bicycle, head towards Flamenco Beach by following the same route as the walking directions. Ride along Calle Pedro Marquez, then turn onto Calle Jorge, followed by a right on Calle Francisco. Continue to PR-251 and carefully cross the road. Once you reach the beach area, cycle along the beachfront path towards the southeast. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes. You will arrive at the entrance of Reserva Natural Canal Luis Peña after about 1.5 kilometers.
