From the town square of Culebra, head east on Calle Pedro Marquez towards the ferry terminal. Continue straight until you reach the end of the street. Once you reach the ferry terminal, look for signs directing you to the nearby trails leading to Culebra National Wildlife Refuge. The refuge is approximately a 30-minute walk from the ferry terminal. Follow the coastal path along the waterfront, enjoying the views, until you see the entrance to the refuge marked by signage.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Culebra. Start from the town center and head east on Calle Pedro Marquez towards the ferry terminal.
