Rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Culebra. Head east on Calle Pedro M. Sanchez from the ferry terminal and continue straight until you reach Route 250. Turn right onto Route 250 and follow the road for about 2 miles. Look for signs for Flamenco Beach and follow them until you reach the beach.
