From the main ferry terminal in Culebra, head southeast on Calle Pedro M. Sanchez. Continue walking for about 15 minutes until you reach the Flamenco Beach area. Once you reach Flamenco Beach, continue walking along the shoreline towards the east. After about 10 minutes, you will see Ulala Culebra on your right, located near the eastern end of the beach.

Rent a bike from one of the rental shops near the main ferry terminal in Culebra. Head southeast on Calle Pedro M. Sanchez and follow the road towards Flamenco Beach. Once you reach Flamenco Beach, continue biking along the shoreline towards the east. After about 10 minutes, you will see Ulala Culebra on your right, located near the eastern end of the beach.
