From the center of Dorado, head towards the main road, Avenida Manuel Fernández Juncos. Walk northeast until you reach the bus terminal, which is about a 10 to 15-minute walk. At the terminal, look for the bus labeled 'Carolina Corozal'. Make sure to confirm with the driver that they stop near Monte Choca State Park. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you reach the stop, get off and walk south towards the trail entrance of Monte Choca State Park, which is about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop. Keep an eye out for signs directing you to the park.

If you prefer biking, rent a bike from a local shop in Dorado. Start from the town center and cycle towards Avenida Manuel Fernández Juncos. Continue on this road as it leads out of Dorado.
