Car
From El Yunque National Forest, head southwest on PR-191 towards PR-3. Continue on PR-3 for about 8 miles until you reach the intersection with PR-26. Merge onto PR-26 (also known as Avenida Luis Muñoz Marín) and follow the signs for Carolina. After approximately 4 miles, take the exit for PR-187 towards Carolina Beach. Continue on PR-187 for about 2 miles until you see signs for Carolina Public Beach. Follow the signs directing you to the beach parking area. Note that parking may incur a fee, so be prepared for potential costs.
