    From El Yunque National Forest, head northwest on PR-191 until you reach the intersection with PR-3. Turn right onto PR-3 and continue driving for approximately 12 miles. This road will take you through scenic areas and local towns. After about 12 miles, take the exit toward Carolina, merging onto PR-26. Follow PR-26 for about 10 miles until you reach the exit for Isla Verde. Merge onto C. Avenue Boca de Cangrejos. Playa Isla Verde will be on your right at 6981 C. Avenue Boca de Cangrejos, Carolina, 00979. Expect to pay for parking in the area, which may vary in price.

    From El Yunque National Forest, the easiest way to reach Playa Isla Verde is to take a taxi or rideshare service to the nearest bus terminal, such as the San Juan Bus Terminal. From there, take the public bus (Route D53) heading towards Carolina. The bus ride will take approximately 45 minutes.
