Car
From El Yunque National Forest, exit onto PR-191 and head northwest. Continue on PR-191 until you reach the intersection with PR-3. Take a left onto PR-3 and continue towards Fajardo. Follow PR-3 for approximately 20 miles until you reach the exit for PR-66 towards San Juan. Merge onto PR-66 and follow it until it merges with PR-26. Take the exit towards Santurce and then turn right onto 250 Convention Blvd. Toro Verde Urban Park will be on your right. Please note that parking may incur a fee.

Public Transportation
From El Yunque National Forest, take a taxi or rideshare service to the nearest major bus terminal, such as the San Juan Bus Terminal. From there, take a bus to Santurce. Once you arrive in Santurce, you can either walk or take a short taxi ride to 250 Convention Blvd. Toro Verde Urban Park is located at that address. Be sure to check the bus schedules in advance, as they may vary.
