From the center of Fajardo, head to the nearest bus stop on Route 3. Look for the public bus labeled "Guagua" that goes towards Luquillo. The bus fare is approximately $0.75. Make sure to inform the driver that you are going to Las Pailas, as they can assist you with directions. The bus will take you to Luquillo, and you will get off near the PR-983 intersection. The journey will take around 30 minutes.
