Getting There

• Walking

  If you are in the center of Fajardo, start by heading east on Calle San Juan towards Carr. 987. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Carr. 987. Turn left onto Carr. 987 and continue walking for about 1.5 miles. You will see signs for Reserva Natural Cabezas de San Juan. Once you arrive at Carr. 987 Km 5.9, the Pirate Snorkeling Shack will be on your left.

• Public Bus

  From the Fajardo bus terminal, take the public bus that goes towards Las Croabas. Inform the driver you are heading to Reserva Natural Cabezas de San Juan. The ride typically takes about 20 minutes. Once you reach the stop at Carr. 987 Km 5.9, get off the bus and walk a short distance to the left to find the Pirate Snorkeling Shack.

• Bicycle

  If you have rented a bicycle, start in the central area of Fajardo and head east on Calle San Juan. When you reach Carr. 987, turn left and continue cycling for about 1.5 miles. Look for signs indicating the Reserva Natural Cabezas de San Juan. The Pirate Snorkeling Shack will be located on your left once you reach Carr. 987 Km 5.9.

• Taxi or Rideshare

  You can easily get a taxi or use a rideshare app. Provide the driver with the address: 'Reserva Natural Cabezas de San Juan, Carr. 987 Km 5.9, Las Croabas, Fajardo'. The drive should take around 10-15 minutes from the center of Fajardo, depending on traffic.
