Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are in the center of Fajardo, start by heading east on Carr. 3 (also known as Avenida El Conquistador). Walk for about 10-15 minutes until you reach the intersection with Calle 1. Turn left onto Calle 1. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with PR-987. At this point, you will see a sign for Carcel de Fajardo. Cross PR-987 carefully and walk towards the entrance located at 88HQ+F46, Fajardo, 00738. The building will be on your left.

  • Public Transportation

    From the main bus terminal in Fajardo, take the public bus that heads towards Ceiba or Las Croabas. Inform the driver that you need to stop at the nearest point to Carcel de Fajardo. The bus will take approximately 15-20 minutes to reach the general area. Once you get off, walk back towards PR-987. Follow PR-987 for about 5 minutes until you reach the entrance at 88HQ+F46, Fajardo, 00738.

  • Bicycle

    If you have access to a bicycle, start from the Fajardo Marina. Head south on Carr. 3 for roughly 1.5 kilometers until you reach Calle 1.
