As you walk, you should pass a few local shops and restaurants. Once you reach Route 3, turn right and continue walking until you see the entrance to the Marina Puerto del Rey on your left. Follow the signs towards the marina.

You can take a local 'guagua' (shared taxi) that operates in Fajardo. Look for a guagua that has a sign showing 'Marina Puerto del Rey' or 'Isla Palominos.' Board the guagua and inform the driver you are heading to Island Reef Tours. They will drop you off near the marina entrance.
