Start from the center of Fajardo, specifically from the Plaza de Fajardo. Head southeast on Calle San Juan towards PR-3. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with PR-3. Take a left onto PR-3. Walk approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with PR-31. Turn right onto PR-31 and continue walking for about 3 kilometers. You will see the Monumento al Veterano on your left, located at the address 63GJ+JW7, PR-31, Juncos.

From the central area of Fajardo, locate the nearest bus stop for the public transportation service. Take a bus heading towards Juncos or surrounding areas. Inform the bus driver that you want to get off at the intersection of PR-3 and PR-31. Once you disembark, walk approximately 3 kilometers along PR-31 towards Juncos. The Monumento al Veterano will be on your left at 63GJ+JW7, PR-31.
