Walking
From the central plaza of Guánica, head west along Calle Hostos. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with PR-116. Turn left onto PR-116 and walk along this road for about 2 kilometers. You will pass a few local shops and restaurants along the way. Keep an eye out for signage indicating Cabo Rojo. As you approach Cabo Rojo, watch for the signs for Boquerón Beach, which is located on your right. Follow the signs into the Boquerón area, and you will find the beach and its facilities.
Public Transport (Bus)
From Guánica, walk to the nearest bus stop located at the intersection of Calle Hostos and PR-116. Board the bus heading towards Cabo Rojo. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Make sure to inform the driver that you are going to Boquerón. The bus will stop near the entrance to Boquerón Beach. Once you disembark, follow the signs to the beach area, which is just a short walk away.
