If you are in the central area of Guánica, start by heading northeast towards PR-116. As you walk, look for signs that lead to the local bus station. Once you reach PR-116, turn left and continue walking until you see the bus stop (approximately a 10-minute walk). Take Bus 1 towards Jayuya, which should take about 30 minutes. Get off at the Coabey stop, which is closest to Museo El Cemí. From the bus stop, walk approximately 10 minutes to the northwest along the main road; the museum will be on your right side.
