Getting There

Walking
If you are in the central area of Guánica, head towards Calle Candelaria and continue walking until you reach the main road, PR-116. Once you reach PR-116, turn left and follow the road until you reach the intersection with PR-2. At the intersection, take a right onto PR-2. Continue walking until you reach the signs for Ponce. After about a 30-minute walk, you will see signs indicating you are approaching Ponce. Keep walking straight, and soon you will reach Plaza Las Delicias, where Parque de Bombas is located.

Public Transport
From Guánica, look for a guagua (local bus) that heads towards Ponce. These usually depart from the main bus stop near the town center. The ride to Ponce takes around 30-40 minutes. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Plaza Las Delicias. Once you arrive, you will see Parque de Bombas directly in the plaza. Make sure to check the bus schedule for return trips back to Guánica.

Bicycle
You can also rent a bicycle in Guánica. Start by heading towards the coastal road, PR-333, and follow it towards Ponce. This scenic route will take you through beautiful views. After about a 45-minute ride, merge onto PR-2, which leads directly to Ponce. As you approach the city, look for the signs pointing to Plaza Las Delicias. Once you arrive at the plaza, Parque de Bombas will be right in front of you.
