From the Plaza de Isabela, head west towards PR-2. Once you reach PR-2, turn right and walk along the highway. Continue on PR-2 for about 1.5 miles (2.4 km) until you reach the intersection with Road 446. At this intersection, you will see signs indicating the direction to Cara del Indio. Cross the highway carefully and follow the signs to the entrance of Cara del Indio. The location is roughly 0.5 miles (0.8 km) down this road.

From the Plaza de Isabela, take the local bus that heads towards Aguadilla. Make sure to ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to PR-2.
