If you are in Isabela town center, start at Plaza de Isabela. Head southwest on Calle José de Diego towards PR-2. Once you reach PR-2, turn left. After walking approximately 0.5 miles, follow the signs to PR-466. Continue on PR-466 for about 1.5 miles until you reach Middles Beach. The beach is located on your right side, just before the intersection with the PR-467.

From Isabela town center, locate the nearest bus stop for the local guaguas (public buses). Take a bus that heads towards Aguadilla or the nearest route that goes to PR-466. Inform the driver that you need to get off at Middles Beach. The journey may take around 20-30 minutes. Once you disembark, walk a short distance down PR-466, and you will find Middles Beach on your left.
