If you are in Isabela, start at the Plaza de Isabela located at the intersection of Route 2 and Route 113. From the Plaza, head northwest on Route 113 (Calle San Jose). Continue straight until you reach the junction with Route 466 (Calle Aguas Buenas). Turn right onto Route 466 and continue for about 1 mile. You will pass local shops and small eateries along the way. When you reach the intersection with Unnamed Road, turn left. Follow Unnamed Road for approximately 0.5 miles. Keep an eye out for the signs leading to Árbol de la Vida, which is located at F2JX+H46, Unnamed Road. The destination will be on your right.

From the main bus terminal in Isabela, take any bus headed towards Aguadilla. Inform the driver you want to get off at the stop near Route 466. Once you disembark, walk back towards Route 466 and head northeast. Continue along Route 466 for about 1 mile until you reach the intersection with Unnamed Road. Turn left onto Unnamed Road and walk approximately 0.5 miles. Look for the signs that lead to Árbol de la Vida, which will be on your right.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Isabela. Start your ride from the main square, Plaza de Isabela, heading northwest on Route 113. After about half a mile, turn right onto Route 466. Continue riding on Route 466 for about 1 mile, enjoying the local scenery. When you reach the intersection with Unnamed Road, turn left. Ride down Unnamed Road for approximately 0.5 miles. Árbol de la Vida will be on your right side.
