From the center of Isabela, head towards the coastal road, Route 2. Walk along Route 2 until you reach the intersection with Route 113. At this point, you can either continue walking along Route 2 or take Route 113, but Route 2 is more direct towards the beach area. Follow Route 2 until you see signs for 'Cueva del Viento'. The approximate distance is about 4 kilometers, which should take around 50-60 minutes on foot. Make sure to stay hydrated and wear comfortable shoes.

From Isabela, take a local bus or 'guagua' heading towards Aguadilla, which passes along Route 2. Ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to 'Cueva del Viento'. This should take about 20-30 minutes. Once you get off, you may need to walk approximately 1-2 kilometers towards the entrance of Cueva del Viento. Be sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time, as services may vary.
