Walking
Start from the Isabela Plaza, which is located at the intersection of PR-2 and PR-466. Head northwest on PR-466, passing the local shops and eateries. Continue walking for about 15 minutes until you reach the intersection with Calle José A. Córdova. Turn left onto Calle José A. Córdova, which will lead you directly towards the Paseo Lineal Isabela. Follow the road as it curves slightly to the right. You will see signs pointing to the Paseo Lineal along the way. After approximately 10 more minutes of walking, you will arrive at Paseo Lineal Isabela, located at GX63+V86.

Public Transportation (Bus)
From the central bus station in Isabela, board a bus heading towards Aguadilla or any route that passes through PR-466. Inform the driver that you wish to get off at the stop closest to Paseo Lineal Isabela. The bus ride should take about 10-15 minutes. Once you disembark, walk back towards PR-466 and follow the street signs leading to Paseo Lineal Isabela. It should take around 5-10 minutes to walk to your destination from the bus stop.
