Start from the central plaza in Isabela, located at Plaza de Recreo Manuel Corchado y Juarbe. From the plaza, head south on Calle José de Diego until you reach PR-2. Turn left onto PR-2 (Carretera 2) and continue walking. After approximately 1.5 kilometers, you will see signs directing you to Cara del Indio. The landmark is located near F2MQ+27W, PR-2, Isabela, 00662. Be sure to walk carefully as the traffic can be busy near the highway.

From the central plaza in Isabela, walk to the nearest bus stop along PR-2. You may catch a local 'guagua' (public minibus) heading towards Aguadilla or any bus that stops near the vicinity of Cara del Indio. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the stop nearest to Cara del Indio. Once you disembark, walk back towards the PR-2 highway, and you will find the entrance to Cara del Indio just ahead.
