You can catch a local bus or a guagua (small bus) that goes towards the northern coast. Make sure to ask the driver if they are heading to Túnel de Guajataca or the closest stop. Once you get off near the entrance to the tunnel, walk towards Avenida Noel Estrada, and you will see signage directing you towards Túnel de Guajataca.
Biking
If you have access to a bike, you can start from the Plaza de Isabela. Head north on Avenida José de Diego (PR-2) until you reach the intersection with Avenida Noel Estrada. Turn right and continue straight. Follow the signs as you approach the Túnel de Guajataca. The bike ride should take about 15-20 minutes depending on your pace.
