If you are driving from central La Parguera, head north on PR-304 until you reach the intersection with PR-4413. Turn left onto PR-4413 and continue for about 6 kilometers. After passing the intersection with PR-115, keep an eye out for the signs indicating Faro Punta Higueras. You will see the lighthouse on your right; there is parking available nearby.
