From the center of Luquillo, start by heading east on PR-3 until you reach the intersection with PR-192. Continue on PR-3 for about 1 mile, then turn left onto PR-955. Walk along PR-955 for approximately 0.5 miles. Coco Beach will be on your right, and you will see signs indicating the beach entrance.

Take the public bus (AMA) that travels along PR-3. Look for the stop that services Luquillo and board the bus heading towards Fajardo. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the stop for PR-955. After about 15-20 minutes, the bus will stop near the intersection of PR-955 and PR-3. From there, walk along PR-955 for about 0.5 miles until you reach Coco Beach on your right.
