If you are in the central area of Manatí, start at Plaza de Manatí, a popular gathering spot. From there, head southeast on Calle Manuel Rodríguez towards Avenida José de Diego. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Carretera 149. Turn left onto Carretera 149. Walk for approximately 1 mile, and you will see Las Columnas de Manatí on your right at 40 Carretera 149. The walk should take you around 30 minutes.
