Take the public bus (Route 20) heading towards San Juan. Stay on the bus for about 45 minutes, and disembark at the stop for Plaza de San Juan. After getting off, walk towards the east along Calle San Juan until you reach the intersection with C. Los Rosales. Turn left onto C. Los Rosales, and you will find Fortín de San Jerónimo del Boquerón on your right.

From Manatí, head to the nearest bus terminal, which is located at the intersection of Calle 65 de Infantería and Calle San José. Board the public bus marked for San Juan (Route 20). The ride will take approximately 45 minutes. Once you arrive at Plaza de San Juan, exit the bus and head east on Calle San Juan. Continue until you reach the intersection with C. Los Rosales.
