Walking
From the center of Manatí, start at the Plaza de Manatí located at Calle José de Diego. Head northeast on Calle José de Diego towards Calle San Juan. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle Caguas. Take a right on Calle Caguas and walk until you reach the intersection with PR-2. Cross PR-2 carefully and continue straight along Calle Rincón. Follow this road until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit to continue on Calle Rincón, which will lead you to the outskirts of town. As you walk along this road, keep an eye out for signs pointing towards 'Manantial De Guayaney' as you approach the area. Continue straight until you reach the entrance to the natural spring, which is located at the address FH32+9P6, Manatí 00674.

Begin at the Manatí bus terminal located near Plaza de Manatí. Look for a bus route towards 'Bayamón' or 'Arecibo', as these routes may also stop near the vicinity of Manantial De Guayaney. Ask the driver to let you know when you reach the nearest stop to Manantial De Guayaney. Once you disembark, continue walking along PR-2 towards the southeast until you come across Calle Rincón.
