If you are driving from the Ponce Region, take PR-2 North towards San Juan. Continue on PR-2 for about 1.5 hours until you reach the exit for PR-26 toward San Juan. Merge onto PR-26 and follow the signs for Old San Juan. Once you arrive in Old San Juan, look for parking options available along the streets or in nearby parking lots, which may incur a fee of around $2 to $5 per hour. After parking, walk towards C. Tetuán; Parque de las Palomas will be on your left.

To reach Parque de las Palomas using public transport, start by taking a bus from Ponce to San Juan. You can catch a bus from the Ponce Terminal (Estación de Autobuses de Ponce) to the San Juan Terminal. The fare is approximately $10. Once you arrive at the San Juan Terminal, you can take the free 'Trolley' service that operates within Old San Juan. Board the trolley and get off at the stop closest to C. Tetuán. From there, it’s a short walk to Parque de las Palomas.
